Have you ever gotten so frustrated during a workout that you were just ready to walk out? Oh yeah, that was me last night.
I spent about 30 minutes boxing with my trainer. And while my jabs are really strong, my upper cuts are not. Every time he offered a critique, I listened and tried to correct my punch, but it just wasn’t happening last night. After about 20 minutes, I didn’t care anymore, and I wanted to be done.
FACT: I knew I was having a bad attitude about it, but I was so frustrated, it was better to walk away and start fresh today.
